Diet drinks – I have a love and hate relationship with them but I decided to try SlimQuick Pure Drink a try and surprisingly I saw immediate results. The first thing I noticed that I had a burst of energy; like literally. I would drink a mix in the morning and it’s better than coffee! I didn’t feel the urge to nap in the middle of the day and I did not crash.
The second thing I noticed was that it curbed my appetite severely. The first few days I didn’t have an appetite really and my urge to snack dropped. I was eating a lot of fruit and smaller portions and getting full faster.
But I don’t like drinking the same thing every single day, unless it’s water so I started adding lemons and other fruits to my mix and it’s just as good. The after taste isn’t so bad; it’s kind of a Splenda-type taste and I’m ok with Splenda sometimes. 
So does it work?
I would say if you feel you need extra energy and something to help curbed your appetite this will definitely help. You still need to incorporate a balanced diet and exercise but it does work.
