M. Night Shyamalan’s “Servant” returns to Apple TV+ on January 15, 2021.

Need a new show to watch in the new year? Servant which is executive produced by Academy Award-nominated director M. Night Shyamalan (The Sixth Sense, Unbreakable, Glass), will debut it’s second season on January 15, 2021 exclusively on Apple TV+.

Servant is psychological thriller that is peculiar but in a gloomy and creepy way. It’s a ten-episode series that plays on fears of strange and possibly deadly people who terrorize people disguised as nannies. It’s stranger danger comes alive in a creepy horroesque, slow burning series.

Set in Philadelphia, a family known as the Turners hire a nanny for their son Jericho. Seems pretty tame, right? Well, without spoiling the show, the family needs a nanny to care for their child but their child is already dead.

The family lost their actual child when he was roughly 13 weeks old and the mother had a life-like doll made to help her mourn. The father tries to balance his career and his wife’s new reality of coping and doesnt kmow how long he can continue pretending that their baby is real.

Things eventually get weird and the house because a psychological house of terror for the Turners.

Not to be outshined by other popular streaming services like Amazon, Netflix and Hulu, Apple TV+ has had quite a few notable shows. With more people checking out their programs, Apple TV+ has remained consistent at the very least.
