28 days of supporting Black creatives: Meet Stitched by Isake

To celebrate Black History Month, we are highlighting black creatives every day to showcase the talents and many gifts from our community. We have a variety of designers, media, artists and entrepreneurs to highlight this month.

Stitched by Isake offers custom ordered crochet accessories in bold colors and designs because winter needs a little joy.

Isake started crocheting when she was in elementary school. She continued the hobby into her adult life, using it to make gifts for family and friends during the winter. While she was unemployed in 2013, Isake would crochet at home, as a break from job searching. A friend suggested she sell the products, and so Stitched by Isake was born!
