This economy is the pits but for a black woman to own and operate a business and to be able to celebrate 5 years is not only remarkable but encouraging. Tricia Lee is the owner of Polish Bar which has two locations in Brooklyn; one in Clinton Hills and another in Prospect Heights. Polish Bar is like a little getaway or treat to yourself where you can get your nails done and your makeup done all for a reasonable price. “Getting Pretty” has never been so much fun. Tricia Lee offered her guests great music courtesy of DJ CEO, sexy eats and a beauty swag bag that included the every so fly Ginger and Liz nail polish.“I wanted Polish Bar of Brooklyn to be a place where local gals could indulge in beauty and trend in a cozy environment,” proclaims Tricia Lee who has 10 years of beauty experience. Guests were treated to FAB 5 event partners that included: The Speakeasy, X Rated Fusion,Zaytoon’s, Jive Turkey, Pillow Cafe, Zoya, Whoop Ash, Select Strands, The Smooth Skin Company, Ginger + Liz, and Joseph Tyler Salon.
